If the product and/or service is not available, and notifying the user, SAFECARE may provide the user with a product and/or service similar in characteristics without increasing the price, in which case, the user may accept or reject it by exercising the right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the user, the refund previously paid will be made by the same payment system.

PHASES OF THE ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING PROCEDURE.
Once the user has selected the products and/or services offered by SAFECARE, the user must follow the phases of the contracting process indicated below:
- Validation of the Shopping Cart: the User, once the selection of the products he/she wishes to purchase is completed, must validate his/her shopping cart, which will show the selected products, the number of units, the price of the same, discount if any and the shipping costs.

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT.
ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

FORMS OF PAYMENT.
In order to proceed with the payment, the Client must follow each and every one of the instructions shown in phase 3 of the electronic contracting process, previously described.
All means of payment provided by SAFECARE, are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entities of the means of payment (card issuers and / or issuers of payment accounts), but if such entity does not authorize the payment, you can not continue with the purchase procedure initiated, being automatically canceled the order, and understood not made the sale of the Product or Products requested.

CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
Products purchased through the SAFECARE Website will be shipped to the postal address indicated in the order form, which may not correspond to a post office box or public places, such as public roads, squares, stations, airports or other similar places.
HOME DELIVERY
In case of request of delivery of the order at home, the delivery will be made in the usual way in a term of 48 working hours. It may be extended - in extraordinary circumstances - between ten and fifteen working days. From the confirmation of the order, in the postal address that has been included in the order data, except in case of force majeure. The delivery note will be sent together with the Product or Products, as well as the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF ORDERS
The User has the recognized right of withdrawal of the purchase made through the Website, and therefore, if not satisfied, may return the Product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days after acquiring possession of the product / s or since the conclusion of the contract in the case of contracting services.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised through the following channels:

- Through the Website, by filling out the web form attached to the return request.

The return will include the amount of the purchase. However, the customer will have to pay the transport costs of the shipment and return of the order established by the transport agency Nacex.
The return will be made in the same means of payment with which the Product was purchased, discounting the return costs that will be borne by the customer.
The Customer must return the products subject to withdrawal without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal decision is communicated.
The refund of the amount corresponding to the withdrawal will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have been previously received, otherwise, the disbursement may be withheld until receipt of such goods or until the Customer proves the return of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is excluded:
- The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed.
- The supply of goods or services made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of sealed sound recordings or videos or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery.
- The supply of digital content (which is not provided on a material medium) when the performance has already begun. The Customer expressly acknowledges that once the digital download has begun, the right of withdrawal shall be forfeited.
- Any other good or service covered by art. 103 of RDL 1/2007, of November 16, 2007.
The Customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from any handling of the Goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning. In any case, for the purposes of making use of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the Products are returned in their original packaging together with the invoice, in the event that they are returned without such original packaging or with damage the amount to be paid to the Customer for the return of the product will be reduced by the corresponding amount. WARRANTY
